Personal data that we process
TALENTING SOFTWARE B.V. processes your personal data when you use our services and/or when you provide us with your personal data.
We process the following personal data:
- First name and surname;
- Phone number;
- E-mail address;
- Other personal data you provide to us, for example by providing a CV.
Special categories of personal data that we process
TALENTING SOFTWARE B.V. processes the following special categories of personal data (also known as sensitive personal data):
- Personal data actively provided to us, for example by providing a CV.
- Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data of website visitors younger than 16 years of age, unless they have parental of guardian permission. However, we cannot verify if a visitor is older than 16 years of age. We therefore recommend parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to avoid the collection of their personal data without parental consent. If you are convinced that we collected personal data of a minor without parental consent, please contact us at privacy@talentingsoftware.com and we will delete the data.
Purposes for which we process personal data
TALENTING SOFTWARE B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- To be able to call or email you when needed to provide you with our services (as part of an agreement or contract);
- To be able to inform you of changes in our services or products;
- TALENTING SOFTWARE B.V. also processes personal data to comply with our legal obligations, for example for tax purposes.
Automated decision making
TALENTING SOFTWARE B.V. does not make decisions that can (significantly) impact people on the basis of automated processes. By this we mean decisions by computer programs or systems, without human interaction (by one of our employees).
How long we store personal data
TALENTING SOFTWARE B.V. will not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. We use the following retention periods for categories of personal data:
- All data related to executing an agreement or contract will be retained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (such as fiscal legislation);
- All data that are provided by means of a CV will be retained for one month after the vacancy has been filled.
Sharing personal data with third parties
TALENTING SOFTWARE B.V. shares your personal data with third parties when necessary for executing an agreement or to comply with legal obligations. We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. TALENTING SOFTWARE B.V. remains responsible for this processing.

TALENTING SOFTWARE B.V. uses technical and functional cookies. We also use analytical cookies that do not compromise your privacy. This means that you can ask us to provide you with a digital copy of your personal data or to transfer them to a third party designated by you.

To prevent us from providing information to the wrong person, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with your request. In this copy you can black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), document number and Personal Identification Number, to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
