Personal data that we process

TALENTING SOFTWARE B.V. processes your personal data when you use our services and/or when you provide us with your personal data.

  • E-mail address;
  • Other personal data you provide to us, for example by providing a CV.

Special categories of personal data that we process

TALENTING SOFTWARE B.V. processes the following special categories of personal data (also known as sensitive personal data):

  • Personal data actively provided to us, for example by providing a CV.
  • Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data of website visitors younger than 16 years of age, unless they have parental of guardian permission. However, we cannot verify if a visitor is older than 16 years of age. How long we store personal data

TALENTING SOFTWARE B.V. will not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. We use the following retention periods for categories of personal data:

  • All data related to executing an agreement or contract will be retained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (such as fiscal legislation);
  • All data that are provided by means of a CV will be retained for one month after the vacancy has been filled.

TALENTING SOFTWARE B.V. shares your personal data with third parties when necessary for executing an agreement or to comply with legal obligations. We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. To prevent us from providing information to the wrong person, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with your request. In this copy you can black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), document number and Personal Identification Number, to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
