Introduction
During the introductory meeting we will discuss your software development needs. We explain how Talenting Software can help you with a Remote Team.
Requirements
Together with one of our technical team leaders, we discuss the composition of your development team, your roadmap and work processes, the technical details of your software and the desired skills and experience of your remote team members.
Compose a team
After we've discussed all the necessary information, we'll get to work on putting your team together. We usually need between four and eight weeks for this.
Introducting the team
We think it is important that your remote team becomes an extension of and feels like part of your organization. That is why we organize an introduction to the team members who we think best suit your organization and your needs. We look forward to welcoming you to our office in Brasov!
Agreement
When you have met all team members and you are convinced of the composition of the team, we will enter into an agreement together.
Start working with your team!
You start the onboarding of your new team in close collaboration with us, and you scale up your development capacity!
